Who We Are - Do-Nation Foundation Inc.

Do-Nation Foundation Inc. is a registered non-profit organization based in Saint Lucia, dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and inspiring a culture of volunteerism throughout the Caribbean.

We believe that doing good transforms lives  not just for those we serve, but for those who serve. Through our programs, partnerships, and people-first approach, we are building a movement of changemakers who lead with compassion, equality, and purpose.

Founder

 Diane Felicien – Founder & CEO, Do-Nation Foundation Inc. | Good Deeds Day Caribbean Leader | Global Awards Regional Leader

Diane Felicien is a dynamic Saint Lucian humanitarian, gender advocate, and social impact leader, serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Do-Nation Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities through volunteerism, education, gender equality, climate resilience, and youth leadership across the Caribbean.

Under her visionary leadership, Do-Nation Foundation has become the official coordinating body for Good Deeds Day Saint Lucia and the Caribbean Network, uniting thousands of volunteers from over 15 islands under the banner of “Doing Good, Living Better.” Diane has pioneered several transformative regional initiatives including:

Ms. Good Deeds Day Pageant, a platform promoting beauty with purpose and community service;

Engendering Change by Playing Your Part, a Canada-funded program empowering youth as champions against gender-based violence;

Smart Worthy Ambitious Girls(SWAG), funded by the French Embassy, mentoring rural girls towards education, confidence, and leadership;

EmpowerHER Climate Initiative, amplifying young girls’ voices in climate action; and Voices of Peace.

Diane’s advocacy has gained regional and international recognition. She represents Saint Lucia as the Caribbean Global Awards Regional leader for Dominica, Saint Vincent & Saint Kitts, and a Regional Leader for the Good Deeds Day movement, connecting Caribbean volunteer leaders to a worldwide network spanning over 110 countries.

Her journey from overcoming personal adversity to emerging as a leading voice for compassion, empowerment, and resilience embodies her lifelong belief that “everyone deserves to be loved and cared for.” Through her leadership, she continues to inspire youth, women, and communities to take action for the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

As a speaker, mentor, and changemaker, Diane Felicien continues to break barriers, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and unity across the Caribbean and beyond.
